Welcome to Terso (the "App" or "Terso"). The App is developed and operated by hyper hong ("we", "us", or "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about how the App accesses, processes, and stores your information.

Terso is a local-first photo cleaning and management tool. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, phone number, email address, location, or any other personally identifiable information.
Specifically:
To provide photo cleaning and management features, the App accesses the following local data under the described circumstances:

All of the above data is stored exclusively on your device. It is never uploaded to our servers or to any third-party server. We do not operate any server that receives your photos or personal data.
The App requires access to your photo library to deliver its core functionality. Upon first launch of a relevant feature, the system will display a permission request with the following messages:
